These are just pure Yum! I love anything with peanuts, caramel, salt and chocolate, so needless to say I LOVE these, and they are made from natural ingredients, that are simply good for you! The perfect mid-morning snack, sweet treat after lunch, or to keep you going before dinner. This recipe makes 35 balls, they keep really well in the fridge, but do half the recipe if that seems too many! Depends on how many mouths you have to feed 🙂
Ingredients
300 g Peanuts, preferably toasted
110 g Cashews, preferably toasted
240 g Soft Dates
100 g Peanut Butter
70 g Coconut Oil, melted
1/2 Tsp Salt
120 g rolled Wholemeal Oats
75 g Cacao Nibs
Method
Using a blender blitz the rolled oats until you have a rough flour. Place in a bowl. Next roughly blitz the nuts, I like to keep them chunky for a bit of a bite. Place the nuts in the bowl with the ground oats. Next blitz the dates and peanut butter together until you have a creamy paste. Add the date paste to the nuts along with the rest of the ingredients. Mix together well and roll into about 35 balls. Place on a baking tray and refrigerate until firm. Transfer to a sealable container. Enjoy!

Sie sind perfekt für Kinder, und wenn die Kinder etwas kleine sind, kannst du die Nüsse fein mahlen, statt grob hacken. Viel Spaß!
