The Vegetarian Roast Dinner. Nut Roast with Lemon and Parsley, Roast potatoes, Honey Carrots, Caramelised Jerusalem Artichokes, Spicy Braised Red cabbage and Celeriac Puree.

At a beautiful lodge deep in the Black Forest in February 2016 I had my first big catering contract for Kraut und Rueben Catering. It was a rather wet Weekend, but you wouldn’t have noticed for all the lovely People and the wonderful, colourful Food.
